The Gawthrop-Taylor Residence was designed and constructed during my partnership with RMA Architects & Planners.  This was an extensive and creative undertaking by the clients and our office and an interior designer, Carol Schuster, of Schuster Design Studio on a beautiful site overlooking the Boulder Valley.  It included a realigning spaces within the residence, attaching the former house to its separate garage, significant restructuring, along with refacing and refinishing the residence's exterior and interiors.

This residence was designed and constructed during my partnership of RMA Architects & Planners.  It was our first design & build speculative project, as a developer.

Washington Park Estates was a residential development for RMA Architects & Planners.  We purchased the land and provided design-build and real estate services for six of the seven new homes in this Denver neighborhood.

We, over the course of several years, provided a series of projects involving designing and renovating the kitchen, the master bedroom and bathroom, replacing windows, and adding decks to the master bedroom, dining area and entry.  Landscaping, rock collecting, and providing the water features were added enjoyments.
