Design and construction administration services, depending upon the services proposed and rendered, are charged between $75-$110 per hour on a monthly basis.
Certain services, such as assistance with construction permitting, surveying, and testing (clean air, water, radon, etc.), depending upon need for these services, are charged on a flat fee and on a monthly basis.
Office expenses, such as printing costs & deliveries, are pass through expenses and will be charged monthly on a monthly basis.
