Owner/Architect: Robert Hammervold
Graduated from the University of Southern California in 1969 and became a licensed Colorado architect in 1974.
Became a licensed real estate broker in 1986 (currently inactive).
Have experience with architecture, real estate, development, and construction management.
Recently retired from a career with the United States Courts as the 10th Judicial Circuit's Space and Facilities program manager, utilizing my design, real estate, development, and construction management skills for a wide variety of federal judicial facilities throughout the judicial districts of Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, & Wyoming.
Prior to 1991, was the owner/architect of a design/build firm, Archyss Architects & Developers. The firm produced design & building services for residential, commercial, and historical projects for large & small house remodels, commercial tenant build-outs & finishes, and an exterior historical restoration.
Prior to 1989, was a architecct/partner with design/build and design firms on many diverse new residential & commercial construction, renovations, remodels, and alterations.
